The software installation was not easy...took too long and had too many advertisements along the way. Also, had to disable my Norton 360 protection to install this software. As a result, could not get back this protection until I contacted Norton. There may be a software conflict. I miss my HP 3820 (which I had to discard because of a cartridge jam).
