4 out of 5 stars Are you a lefty? Read this!   March 23, 2006

This mouse seems to work fine, installed easily, but being a lefty, I am constantly clicking one of the side buttons. Most of the time this does not cause a problem, except it breaks my concentration, but occassionally, the click will interfere with using the mouse.

The mouse seems to go to in hibernation mode and requires clicking one of the left buttons to wake it up.

Also, being female, I find the mouse to be a little bulky and my fingers are sitting on the edges, which although no sharp, they are very distinct and a bit uncomfortable.

I've used it for at least four days without recharging. I noticed yesterday that it was a little slow and it had difficuly recognizing when it was being moved, so I popped it onto the charger for only a few minutes and then took it off again and it worked fine.

Overall, I like this mouse but I gotta get used to putting it on the charger each night before bed.

3 out of 5 stars good but hard to sync the two   January 22, 2007
Yvonne Phillips (Yakima WA USA)
I had trouble getting the two to synchronize but my son who also has one told me the batteries seem to not always connect. I took out and put them back in and it worked...I have had to do this several times. If he had not found this out(by accident)I would have returned it. Now that I know it has been great.

3 out of 5 stars Don't give up yet...   February 28, 2007
T. K. (Elizabeth PA)
My mouse worked right out of the box. Two weeks later it seemed to have a mind of its own. It wouldn't track and seemed to be stuck going up. I reinstalled the software and rebooted several times. Just as I was getting the original packaging out to return it I decided to read the previous reviews again. I have to thank the "bridge addict" above. As a last resort I took the batteries out and put them back in and the darn thing works again!! Even though the unit was still emitting the red laser light, taking the batteries out then back in did the trick. Otherwise it works very well and is priced right.

1 out of 5 stars Sucks   August 1, 2008
T. Olmstead (Oneonta, NY United States)
This mouse just sucks. it doesn't move smoothly on any surface. Not on mouse pad, nor bare desktop. It doesn't have rounded edges for easy movement. It was nearly impossible to get it to install and run from the directions given and the installation program reacted badly to another belkin program already on the computer for the wireless internet card not to mention had a windows conflict that had to be resolved by downloading some windows dll that was required.
