For some reason I can't leave the paper shredder on the automatic setting. It continuously runs instead of just running when you insert paper into the feeder. I'm not sure if there is a small piece of paper stuck in the blades but I have to insert the paper only on the left side for it to shred. It won't go in the right side so I have to tear everything in half before I feed it through. Like I said...technically the product works...just not to my satisfaction. It wasn't worth returning b/c I don't use it that much.

Price right. Works well. Basket fills up too fast. Better then cutting up with shredder using scissors. I'm happy.

This is a great shredder for little jobs like junk mail. A friend had let me borrow his Aurora and I knew that I needed one for myself. This model has not disappointed. Just follow the insturctions and don't over feed it.

I purchased this shredder about a year ago as a replacement for the type that did not have its own basket. I agree with the other reviewers that the basket fills up too quickly but for the price it is reasonable. However, it jams very easily when shredding credit cards either real or the plastic advertisment type. Last night it jammed so badly I can't get it fixed so I will upgrade to a little better model. Overall, I was not disapponted with this model for the money and the convenience of having an attached basket.
