Great when it works February 5, 2008

I purchased this unit in June of 2007. It worked great for three months, then the base unit died. After dealing with customer service for a month, I shipped the unit for repair [at my own expense]. Within ten days a brand new unit was shipped to me. This also lasted about a three months and died in the same manner. Unless there is something unusual about my house, this product has serious reliability issues.
