Amazon is O.K. But, they used a company called Databazaar that provided the printer cartridges. I received the wrong itmes, Databazaar was slow to resolve, but finally did. I'd go to the local stores to get replacements in the future. Maybe my experience was isolated, but I thought I'd respond since you asked.

This is the same product as my local stores but I was able to save taxes with the super saver shipping. It's ink how can it go bad?
