Great Home Shredder November 11, 2007 Rebecca A. Slazyk (Scottsdale, Az) 23 out of 23 found this review helpful
This is the first shredder that has not broke or jammed up on me within 2 weeks of purchase. Shred per instructions and this will do the job. It holds a lot more than it looks too. Easy lightweight basket to empty. Not as loud as previous ones I have owned. I am very happy with my purchase. I compared prices before purchasing too.
great machine! March 3, 2008 N. Stewart (Hoover,, AL. USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is a great little machine. It's fairly quiet and shreds credit cards with ease. It's solid and sturdy and my husband, who didn't think we needed one, uses it often.

I am very disappointed in this item, it is very noisy and is very difficult to place the sheet so the trigger activates the machine. The last shredder I owned was a third the price and very user friendly.
Does the job June 22, 2008 Savy shopper (New Jersey) Very quiet and doesn't jam at all. Like the auto feature, just drop paper in and the machine "does the job". Just the right size for under a computer desk. Easy to empty, just lift off top. Just wish it shredded paper pieces just a little thinner.
Not the best shredder for the price June 22, 2008 Dudley Lamburt (Illinois) We have owened this shredder for several months. It it hard to activate- the papers have to be inserted just right. This is frustrating. While it does make a lot of noise, our previous shredder did too. Our biggest issue with this shredder is that it stops working after a few minutes of use and takes a full 24 hours to cool down and start to work again. One positive is that you can shred a credit card in it- there is a space marked for credit cards.
