I purchased this phone for my elderly mother. I thought that the large keys would work great for her. I programmed the phone with the numbers she wanted, then marked the various keys for easy, two key dialing, then installed the phone. It worked great for about one month. Then, it started to give her a busy signal whenever she tried to place a call. I went back to her apartment and replaced the new phone with the old phone and the old one worked flawlessly. I tried this unit at my house and had the same problem. NW Bell just ain't what it used to be.
