2gb xd memory card July 26, 2007 Dana F. Geiger (port washington, NY) 16 out of 16 found this review helpful
Plug it in, and it works. No problems whatsoever. I called Fuji before buying this card to determine the difference between an 'M' card (this one) and an 'H' card. H is for high speed, but Fuji says the camera cannot take advantage of the high speed anyway, due to it's limitations. So the M card is what they recommend.
Note Type M and H xd cards are incompatible with some card readers! February 19, 2007 T. Eng (San Francisco, CA United States) 15 out of 21 found this review helpful
Note Type M and H xd cards are incompatible with some card readers! I have a Fuji camera and bought an xd card type M. But it turns out that type M and type H cards are not compatible with all card readers (even ones that work with regular xd cards) so I have to use my cable and camera batteries to upload photos from my new card, or purchase a new card reader. Ugh! Buyer beware!

What can I say? More memory is better than less. This card's higher capacity is usually irelevant but when you need it, it's there. Lets you use higher resolution as your standard photo setting, and allows you to take more and longer movies as well, without any concern about running out of storage. That's why we bought it and that's what it does.

I have been using xD cards for several years and find them very reliable. They are interchangeable between my C-50 and S9100.
