I have a hard time trying to fit something in my ear and be comfortable with it. This is comfortable. The on/off button is just behind the speaker. I wish it was relocated on the side and up further.

I previously owned the Jabra BT500, and this BT2020 doesn't come close. This earpiece is smaller, which is a plus the buttons are harder to push, the volume is hard to adjust and the clarity is for the birds! I spend most conversations saying,"Huh,what, Can u repeat that?" When it does half way work it does ok, but the bad just out ways the good. I purchased one for my boyfriend and he can't stand it either. I would not reccommend this product try the BT500 it's a lot more RELIABLE!

Hopefully this was just a bad unit, as this product performed VERY poorly. Instead of the standard 30 ft range for bluetooth devices, this unit had poor reception and distorted sound at even 5 ft. I literally had to hold my cell phone close to my ear for good reception, even after multiple "pairing" sessions. It was however, the most comfortable wearing headset I have ever tried.

This Jabra BT2020 is everything as advertised. I've owned several (more then 15) bluetooth headsets and Jabra has always had the best incoming call volume and sound quality to other person. I've had the BT2020 for three or four months now and not a single problem. Good battery life and the standard Mini USB charging port is wonderful.

Volume control is terrible, you can't hear the other person, they can't hear you, when driving.
I gave to my kids to play with.
