Product Description
Ajvar is a very popular Balkan and eastern European product. It is made mostly from red peppers and eggplant, and is excellent as a dip or spread. We've experiemtned and found many other uses including mixing it with scrambled eggs or as a base for a red pepper spread. Also available in a Hot version.

Marco Polo Mild Ajvar is my favorite spread. It contains no fat, it is not loaded with carbs, and the flavor is delicious! I started using it as a sandwich spread, instead of mayonnaise, and found that it's not only healthier, but it tastes much better!! And for those on WW, it's zero Points! It's also great on crackers and with some veggies. Buy it & enjoy!
