Charmin bath tissue with aloe and Vitamin E is very soft and this counts when you need to use a lot of it. Many people correctly note that it is easier on your skin than other brands of bath tissue like Scott.
On the bright side, Charmin never "goes stale;" if you like this product, stock up on it! The rolls are easy to store in any cabinet either as they come packaged or in individual rolls. It is safe for sewer and septic systems.
However, I am not completely happy with this product. First off, the roll has fewer sheets--and they are one ply--so it lasts much less time than a product like Scott would. Second, Charmin with aloe and Vitamin E just doesn't seem to work as well as it should. I wind up using far more of it faster than I ever would have if I had chosen another brand. This disappoints me very much.
The product is indeed white but I think it has a slight scent to it. If you are allergic to scents or perfumes I would try another version of Charmin or another brand of bath tissue altogether.
All in all, if you must have soft bath tissue, Charmin with aloe and Vitamin E is it. If you want something that's a little more value oriented and still substantial, I strongly suggest another brand like Scott tissue. It's a matter of personal preference so I give this product four stars even though I see a drawback or two.
If you do choose Charmin, use it in good health!

If frequent wiping makes you sore, this product is your cure. I love it so much, I even carry it with me in my suitcase for trips. Strong and super soft without falling apart.

In my pursuit for the softest toilet paper, I have used just about everything on the market. This toilet paper has the strength, and the softness. Its perfection. On those days when you may have multiple trips to the bathroom you can rest assured that you will not develop a rash or a raw bottom. The lotion added to the toilet paper is indeed what sets this one apart from the rest. It doesnt just say that it has lotion in it, you can actually feel the lotion with your fingertips. Without question, it is the best toilet paper I have ever used.

For us yes. My family does like this tissue better. It is much softer and does take awhile to get use to. It works for us, some people that come over thinks it feels weird, in particuler for women. Like I said, because of the lotion it takes a little getting use to.
