I am a ginger lover and am always looking for ginger products. This ginger essence is great and I love it. I've used it instead of vanilla in recipes.

Not only does this product not add any ginger flavor to whatever it is sprayed on, the flavor it does add has a nasty, chemical (like alcohol, which it doesn't have in it, and a petroleum-type aftertaste) taste and smell. In case it was just me, I tried it out on my family members and they agreed it was terrible. I'm returning it (and the Lime flavor) for a full refund.
