Mix it Up! May 21, 2008 Shiane (NY) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I add 1/2 cup of the original Fiber One cereal to the 1 cup serving of the Fiber One Honey Clusters. I also add some dried cranberries (Craisins). The taste is excellent and packs a full day of fiber. Fiber One Honey Clusters has 13 grams of fiber and 160 calories. Fiber One Original contains 14 grams of fiber and just 60 calories. So for 220 calories in cereal, plus 110 calories in 1 cup skim milk and 25 calories for the 1 T. craisins you get 355 total calories and 28 grams fiber in one bowl! Sure beats donuts and coffee and you're not hungry till lunch!

I'm on Weight Watchers and this cereal is great at only 3 points per serving, tasty and it packs a fiber whallop. But it's cheaper at my local grocery store at $3.99 a box.

My college-aged son decided to start eating healthy foods and wanted a fiber cereal. He was never a cereal eater and tried several kinds of fiber cereal before trying this one. Now he eats it for breakfast every day and says it's the best tasting fiber cereal and has an awesome amount of fiber compared to other fiber cereals. It keeps him going until lunch time and buying it on Amazon sure beats the grocery store price!

A Great Healthy Cereal or Snack! April 12, 2008 M. Carr 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
One of my daughters introduced this product to me and I simply love it! I put it in my Yogurt, eat it with milk or just in a bowl as a sweet, healthy snack with fiber and crunch.
