I've been eat Fiber One bars daily for one year. These contain 35% of your daily fiber allowance and have a pretty good consistency and flavor. My only problem with the Fiber bars is that they do contain sugar, but other than that, I try to eat one everyday for breakfast. The Peanut butter flavor has less sugar than the chocolate ones. These are pretty filling. It takes a little bit to get used to the Fiber Bomb, so give your body a few days to adjust.

These Fiber One Peanut Butter Bars are wonderful. I toss one in my purse each morning for breakfast/afternoon snack, one in my husbands lunch and my toddler loves them as well. I am a peanut butter lover and I can't think of any better way to eat peanut butter. This snack would also benefit anyone with a sweet tooth.

I absolutely LOVE these! I'm on my third box. They taste great and have 9 grams of dietary fiber and only 150 calories. A great mid-morning or afternoon snack!

These bars are surprising good for having that much fiber. I expected them to taste bad, but it was healthy. My wife loves the chocolate ones and I love the peanut butter ones. Yummy!
