I had been asked by my doctor to eat oatmeal every morning for high cholesterol and a heart condition. My morning is too busy to take the time to cook, cool and eat cooked oatmeal even the instant form of it! I stumbled upon this product at a whole food store and my mornings changed! I have one cup of coffee with my delicious oatmeal bar every day, it fills me very well, I get to have breakfast, I follow the doctors directions and all in a healthy and most of all DELICIOUS way. It is moist and tasty, not dry, cardboardy, tasteless like ordinary health bars. Sounds like a commercial but I actually look forward to eating it every morning, after a year I am still not bored, my favorite are Maple and Oatmeal raisin. My heart and cholesterol? I changed most my habits and added walking and a much better diet, It's better than ever.
Please do not discontinue this product!
