For those of us wanting to eat healthier and a little less "carbolicious", this pasta is really good. It is difficult to tell the difference except this pasta has a bit more texture to it. But hey, it's good, and to me, that's all that matters. I stocked up.

If you are counting carbs... Dreamfields is for you... it cooks and tastes just like regular pasta (no falling apart like whole wheat). You'll love it!
