These little spice mills are great. Drogheria & Alimentari make several in the series but I've only used the porcini mushroom mill so far. I use it on pork chops, chicken, whatever I'm cooking. Love the extra flavor, and the convenience of the built-in grinder in the top. My grocery store carries the pepper, salt, and nutmeg mills but not the mushroom mill so I'm glad I could find it on Amazon.

i don't really like mushrooms, the texture bothers me. but i know they are so good for you so i picked up this porcini mushroom mill hoping it would be a good way to get the health benefits & flavor but not having to put up with the icky mushy texture that i loathe. i tried it on my pizza last night & i couldn't tell i was eating mushrooms but the flavor was enhanced. exactly what i was hoping for! i love this little mushroom mill!
i also have the pesto one & love that one too. it has a nice blend of dried basil & pecorino cheese in it. yummy! ( i bought the lemon rind & sea salt but have yet to use it so i can't comment on that one. ) anyway i doubt anyone would be disappointed with the :)

Great for adding mushroom flavor to any dish. Try this on a baked potato with some butter. This is not pure poricini mushrooms it has other spices and garlic so take that into consideration.
