First off the taste is a very salty acidic taste - not as bad as it sounds, it's actually quite good. Don't just taste it, use it on or in food to really see the value.
Main ingredient - Potassium Chloride which provides two great benefits:
1. All natural no sodium product
2. Gives 15% daily value of potassium (which most people don't get enough of anyway) which helps to balance sodium out.
5 stars all the way and great value also

I first began using Nu-Salt about 8 years ago. I have found it to be the best tasting salt substitute around. A couple years ago the grocery store where I purchased Nu-Salt stopped carrying the product. I was pleasantly surprised to find it on Amazon.Com. My wife and I would recommend it to everyone....
