WASABI, A LONG-TIME FAVORITE CONDIMENT OF MINE BEARS LITTLE TASTE RESEMBLANCE TO THAT RECEIVED IN THIS ORDER. THE PRODUCT IS NOT HOT (SPICY) AND IS SO BITTER THAT NEITHER I NOR MY GUESTS COULD MANAGE TO CONSUME MORE THAN A TASTE. I HAVE TRIED WASABI IN THE ORIENT AND IN MANY JAPANESE RESTAURANTS AND ALL SERVED A BETTER PRODUCT. TAKE NOTE...I FOLLOWED THE PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY AND WHEN THAT WASN'T SATISFACTORY, I ADDED SMALL AMOUNT OF SHOYU (SOY). THAT HELPED LITTLE.
