I use the Guitar Hero III wireless guitar they are in a few times a week for 2 to 4 hours on those days and I have only needed to recharge them once in the last month or so.

I've only used the charger a couple of times and it seems to work ok. I've recharged the batteries several times so far (using a different charger) and they seem to work well, too. Life-per-charge isn't incredible, but I've got a few sets of AA rechargeable batteries that I cycle through my particular application so it isn't that big of a deal.
