Clear Breath Right strips are not as good as the flesh (tan) colored strips. They are not as rigid and the adhesive was not as strong as past experience with the flesh (tan) colored strips.

I have been using these aids to easier breathing for several years. I put one on my nose each night just before retiring. I can immediately notice that it is easier to breath through my nose. Without one of these strips, I am a lot more likely to breath through my mouth, which causes almost painful dryness of the back of my mouth and throat. I still snore quite a bit, but not as much as I do when I leave off my Breathe Right Nasal Strips.

My husband and son of 21 years old use this product. Both need it for this time of the year that Spring is starting in Chile, is a solution for them to have a good night sleep, they do not get congestion so breathing is a relief.
We have tried to find these strips in our country but they are not available so I have to, every two to three months, request them to Amazon. (We live in Chile but through our Lan-Chile Airlines I can buy anything that I might need in USA, usually Amazon).

When I wear a Breathe Right Strip at night, I wake up more easily in the morning. Personally, I prefer the clear strips because they are not irritating to my skin as the tan ones are. I find the clear ones to work just as well as the tan ones, too.

Breathe Right Nasal Strips are miraculous. I have come to depend upon them for a good-night's sleep. Previous to my use of them, I found it difficult to breath through my nose once I had lain down. With one of them in place, I don't have that problem anymore at all.
