These tortillas are great. I'm using them instead of bread for most things. They even taste good with peanut butter. High fiber, low carbs and calories, these tortillas cover all my "diet" needs.
Perfect for a Low Carb Diet March 18, 2008

This past summer, I was on a low carb diet. After a few weeks of cutting back entirely on carbs, a friend recommended to me the Tumaro's Low in Carbs tortillas. Initially, I was skeptical but after trying them, I realized they were perfect for people on the low carb diet. These tortillas were especially great for making quesadillas. After sticking to the low carb diet, exercise, with the help of these tortillas, I lost 20 pounds over the summer. Needless to say, if you are not on a low carb diet, I wouldn't recommend these tortillas...they taste great when you are deprived of carbs, but not when you are spoiled with corn or white tortillas!
