3 out of 5 stars Mind the Volume   May 29, 2008

I didn't pay as much attention as I should have regarding the volume. I often see the larger cans at the speciality stores and foolishly assumed that was what I was buying. I have never seen these smaller cans at the store.
But, my own fault for not getting up from the desk and looking in my own pantry to see how much 34 ounces exactly is! Fine olive oil, I suppose. Not sure that the price is competitive, however. Will go back to Trader Joe's for such things.

4 out of 5 stars Kind of expensive   April 20, 2008

Check you local grocery for a better price. The oil is good but overpriced on Amazon.

3 out of 5 stars good product, good price, arrived dented   May 12, 2008

This is a good olive oil at a good price, but I was disappointed at how poorly packaged it was for shipping. Both tins arrived dented, one minorly and one substantially.

5 out of 5 stars Good Oil, Good Service, Good Price   October 24, 2007

This is very good oil - and the price is right. Delivery was good too. Highly recommended.

4 out of 5 stars Okay   May 9, 2008

Ordered this because, at the time, I was having trouble finding this brand in a can in my local stores. Product is pretty good and arrived with only one small dent in one of the cans and no leakage, so I guess I got lucky there.

Since ordering, it's become available in a neighborhood store in single cans at a price only slightly higher than Amazon's, which seems a little high for two cans. Given that, I'll buy locally from now on unless Amazon lowers price. The oil itself is pretty good and doesn't have that "rank" taste or smell that I associate with some EV olive oils.
