Add to your lotion July 5, 2006 C. Hughes (Los Angeles, CA United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I add this product to my lotion and it has made my skin so soft. I've only been using it for about a month but every-so-often I find myself rubbing my skin, amazed at how soft it is. The only problem is that you have to really shake up the lotion/lecithin mixture and it will still look clumpy and ugly out of the bottle. But the benefits of softer skin far outweigh the appearance of clumpy lotion.
Great Product March 15, 2006 Barbara A. Ciaccio (New Orleans, LA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I use this product for post body wrap gels and it works awesome. Thanks
Great for making bread! May 30, 2008 Kay (Alpine, UT) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was first introduced to this product at a bread making class focusing on whole grains. The instructor told us that lecithin is very healthy for you and that liquid lecithin helped bread down the fats in the bread to make the texture softer and more moist. In a batch for four loaves you add about 3 Tbls. It's easier to pour it in with the other liquids and not use a measuring spoon as this stuff is VERY sticky..... most of the lecithin would stick to the spoon! I was very please and continue to use it in all of my bread making.
Works good with baking bread. March 15, 2008 C. Chng (Derry, NH USA) I add a droplet of lecithin into the dough mixture while processing and it seemed to produce better texture bread. Also, the bread lasted longer without drying out that easily.
