The fiber one fiber bars are all delicious and effective. My particular favorite is the caramel and oats, however. My son has had chronic constipation since he was a small baby. This is the only product we have found that helps him be more regular that doesn't cause cramping or is so awful it is hard to get him to take it. It is also the most effective product we have found. One bar will usually produce results within just an hour or two if he is really constipated. Otherwise, we have found that eating a bar a day helps to keep him from getting so constipated.
