This is a must use product for almost everyone. With todays overly processed foods, and overly cooked meals, and the almost total lack of fresh, raw food consumption for most of us, our digestive tracts are sorely in need of help!
These probiotics meet all the best requirements to help establish a good flora in your digestive system. It has a high content of multiple probiotics, delivered in an enteric coating so they get to the part of your digestive system where they are needed.
Use these for a few weeks and you will definitely see an overall improvement in the way you digest food. You will feel the results with less bloating, less gas, better eliminations, and improved health.
These probiotics might sound expensive, but it is the best thing you can do to make all the food and other supplements you take work far more effectively in your body.

This product is helpful for many things. I take it (and force it in friends and family alike) for when I have to take antibiotics for anything or have "stomach problems" without being too graphic. It is better than Imodium since it does not plug you up and helps to restore your body's natural processes. I also take it when I feel a cold or some other illness come on because it helps to boost your immune system. It is not a cure-all for everyone, but it certainly cannot hurt you and aids in relief for many. I also like the fact that this one does not have to be refrigerated. I have used others, but this one works just as well. It travels well and if you don't like to eat yogurt (the right kind) this is for you. I would also suggest that anyone thinking of purchasing this or any other homepathic healing products do some reading from a reputable source before taking anything. You need to understand how it works and how it benefits your or will interact with medications before consuming anything.

I didn't think I could tell difference between with and without this but I CAN. I use to have bad stomach pains especially when I would eat ,but those have pretty much gone away. I also have fairly regular BMS now too. You do have to take it everyday same time for about 2-3 wks to tell a difference though!!! OOH and I think it helped regulate menstrual pain too but that could be a coincidence
