B&B Super Rich is a great deep conditioner, especially if you have course, chemically treated hair. The Gentle shampoo is what is recommended to pair with the conditioner and is great for all hair types. Bumble & Bumble Gentle Shampoo is exceptionally moisturizing. The shampoo has a very rich lather to it that doesn't strip out any moisture. The scent is clean and fresh.

This product will do nothing for your hair that any other shampoo and conditioner would not do for a quarter of the price. And I am very sceptical when a product gets a single five star review just before getting highlighted as a lightning deal, and the review reads like advertising copy.

I wish this was a little less expensive but it is a very good product. I love the smell, I love the clean feeling, I love the bounce it gives my hair, and I love the shine. So I buy it. And I pay the rediculous price... because I'm worth it.

I have been using B&B for a few years in the salon I used to work at. I used to recommend this to clients with dry hair, or even clients who needed some shine. A little goes a long way, so be careful with how much you use. The feedback I received from clients was if you use too much, like a regular cheap shampoo, it weighs the hair down, so you must use sparingly.
I don't think the price is expensive like some reviewers complain, but I disagree. As a retired stylist, I think it is ridiculous when women spend a fortune on their color and then do absolutely nothing to keep up with care. They go home and use store bought brands (Pantene, Herbal Essence and Suave to name a few) and then everything the stylists has done, is completely thrashed and money for the color service was a waste. And then they wonder why their color fades, hair gets dry, etc. It is not the color itself, it is how you maintain it, and this is the only product on the market I now that can clean hair without stripping natural oils, and condition without weighing the hair down (if used correctly), and most importantly, it lasts forever.
Bumble makes the products really concentrated, so again, a little goes a long way. An 8oz bottle lasts longer than a regular 16oz bottle for shampoo or conditioner.
I have been using my shampoo and conditioner for 4 years. I have permed, colored (and still continue to do so) and highlighted my hair and when I get a blow dry weekly, so any help for my hair is crucial. I have not switched! I love this dou together. I have even used the conditioner as a deep conditioning treatment, by just leaving it on overnight, and my hair comes out LUSCIOUS!!! And the shine is beyond!! When I first recommended this to clients a few years back, it now sells itself. I don't work at a salon anymore, but I know the dou sell like hot cakes when I go visit my former co workers.
The reason I give this 4 stars is because if used incorrectly, it can weigh the hair down, so remember- a little goes a long way!

It's really great. My hair is usually all tangles after I towel it off but the conditioner takes care of that and the shampoo is nice on my scalp. So yea, I like it.
