I first bought these when I was in India a year ago, and I was impressed with how well they nipped my cough in the bud. I tend to get deep dry coughs that last forever, and since I discovered Koflet drops, my coughs are cured almost immediately. As far as I'm concerned, these are a miracle product.
At first it seemed like a nuisance that Amazon sells them in such a large quantity (six packs of 20 lozenges), but I'm glad to have enough to share with friends and family.
