I've tried other more expensive multi-vitamins, but I keep coming back to these. You get a broad range of the essential vitamins and minerals, but you also get enzymes, extracts and whole food nutrients that I haven't been able to find packaged together. The price is very reasonable and I'm very satisfied with this product.

Very hard to swallow. Beware if you hate large tablets.

I have been using this multi for some time. I love that it a whole food multi and that is has green foods in it. I do prefer the one with iron, I feel like I have more energy while using it. I must strongly disagree with another reviewer, I do not find these tablets to be any larger than other full spectrum multi's.

I have been taking these vitamins for about 4 years now. I try to take them every day, although I go through short stints of spacing them out. After about a week or so I start to feel a little extra sluggish, and remember to myself, oh yea, I never took my vitamins. I almost immediately can feel them do there nourishing job in a few hours or so. They are really packed full with a great complex blend of herbs, green foods, mushroom blend, bioflavinoids...
Anyway, I'm not being paid to write this review, I'm just endorsing a product that I definitely feel provides quality nutrition to your body.

This product has given me sustained energy, but they are HUGE!!! One serving is 3 tablets. It feels like trying to swallow quarters.
