I love this stuff! December 19, 2006 Cubs Lady (Coeur d' Alene, Idaho United States) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I figured my supply may need a boost. After looking at my choices, I purchased Yogi. It really is the best tea I've tasted so far. I admit that I drink alot simply because I love the taste. I don't know how well it helped my supply, but I have been nursing my 10mo every 3-4 hrs without problems. I think that just taking in the extra fluids helps. If you are having a big dip in your milk supply I would suggest taking Fenugreek capsules. Makes you smell like maple syrup, but really works. Fenugreek in combination with this tea should help supply issues. I'd continue drinking the tea long after supply is back to normal, sort of insurance. Oatmeal has been said to help too. If your supply is causing nursing problems or concerning you, please contact your lactation consultant or midwife. With help a low supply really can be fixed. Good luck and happy nursing!

Although I just stopped nursing after 14 months, I am a definite advocate of the Yogi Teas, particularly this one. It is flavorful and it works. I don't know if it's the tea or the fluid intake itself, but I found it to help when my supply started to get low. For you new breast feeders out there, nothing helps more than pumping/feeding often, but it's nice to have this tea as a back-up!
Yummy and it works January 13, 2007 M. Sheridan (Memphis, TN USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
When I went back to work and started pumping, my supply decreased. Drinking three cups of this yummy, comforting tea a day helped me relax and definitely helped my supply. Highly recommend!

I don't know if this does anything to help with milk production or not, but the taste is a little off for me. If you like black licorice, you'll love it. Otherwise, I suggest a lot of honey!
Not a great taste but gets the job done August 30, 2007 S. Sou (Fall River, MA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I'm attempting to relactate and have been taking this along with Fenugreek daily. The tea isn't the best tasting, but I can stand it for the sake of my son. This, combined with Fenugreek, has begun to slowly up my supply. I seem to be producing a bit more milk, after going over a month without bf'ing. I also love the little mantras on each packet. They always make me smile and keep me motivated to keep trying to relactate for my son.
