First off let me tell you about what is Canarino. Of course some of you wold get the name derives from Canary meaning yellow, hence the lemon. It is an old old herbal remedy we use in Italy. It is not for cold or sore throat, but for upset stomack (but go right ahead if you want and use it for cold since it has lemon). This is not a tea that you drink it just because you are in the mood, not for pleasure. This is something wonderful to have in the house instead of reaching for the pepsid AC. Try putting a bay leaf on the bottom of your cup before you brew the tea...go to bed. Ahhhh yes I will not charge you for this visit to the doctor. Put sugar.
If you want to make your own, boil 2 cups of water with the rind of 1/2 lemon (or more) and 1 bay leaf. Enjoy!!!

Like others said, you probably won't want to drink this without sugar or honey. As soon as the Keurig is done brewing you'll have a room full of the wonderful smell of lemon... Perfect for when you have a cold, or just need a nice warm beverage.

Canarino is great to soothe a sore throat. Not sure I would drink this on a regular basis but great to keep on hand for cold weather. Not a lot of flavor but the smell is great for lemon lovers. I tried it with no sweetner and with honey. Okay either way.
