Amazon.com Product Description What's the difference between winning and losing? Wilson boils it down to one word: [k]ontrol. The Wilson [K] Factor Six.One Tour racquet is made using [k]arophite black nanotechnology, a proprietary next-generation structure that results in better feel and a stronger, more stable performance. As a result, it's easier than ever for players to shape their shots and hit the corners with accuracy. And control is a crucial tool, as players who had the fewest unforced errors have won a combined 74 percent of the most recent Grand Slam tournaments. In fact, the [K] Factor Six.One Tour is so precise that it's the favorite of Roger Federer. Recommendations don't come any better than that. The [K] Factor Six.One Tour also comes around a bit quicker than other racquets, creating more pace and penetration on ground strokes. And the racquet offers plenty of control and hop during serves. Solid racquet May 1, 2008 S. Kim 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
My skill level: NTRP 4.5 (at least it used to be) Raquets I have owned: Dunlop Max 200G mid, Prince TriComp mid plus, Head Radical 260 OS, Rossignol F200, Puma Becker Super, Head Tournament Director 95, etc Very rewarding racquet as long as hit the sweet spot. Great for fast swing speeds. Awesome control. Basically looks like an original Pro Staff with a new paint job. Heavier than most of the racquets out today. Graphite/Kevlar composite, just like the original. I learned how to play with a wooden, standard head size (65 sq inches), so I acutally prefer the smaller head size. Hard to find a raquent nowdays 85 sq inches or smaller. The 90 sq inch is a good compromise between control and power - although this raquet demands that you produce a lot of the power. Hit the sweet spot however, and watch out! I would not recommend this for a beginner.
