This stuff is awesome as is any agave products I have purchased from Amazon. I have never had any bad shipping experiences in the 4 times I have ordered. It is a great sweetener for anything, I use it in Mojito's for an easy mixing sweetener instead of simple syrup (boring). In tea it's also great. This sweetener does not taste like honey.(which is also great)If you want to know what this stuff tastes like here's how I describe it. When you were little if you picked those little pink flowers from hedges and squeezed the nectar out. It tastes just like that. Delicious.

The product itself is great, Amazon was helpful, however packing was inadequate. First oversized box contained two 46 oz bottles and only one little air pack inside,was like trying to stop two charging elephants with a balloon. Must have been a "temp" in packing that day. Pack tight and pad well, liquids! The box of 17 oz ones arrived leaked and sticky, but better as they were packed tight in one box but then sat down in oversized bigger box to bang around. Delivery folks are still fighting ants...both boxes were covered with ants (which by the way tells us something good...ants will not eat Splenda, etc., they know better). Then Amazon, to make it good, shipped a second box of 17 oz ones, instead of the lost 46 0z ones...but at that point I gave up..wasn't about to ship the sticky stuff back, so will just cook using smaller bottles. Product is great, Amazon tries hard. Packing department gets an "F".

I love the product, but they ship the bottles on their sides and everytime I get a shipment the Aguave has leaked out of the bottle completly!!!!!!! The post office wouldn't deliver it one time and UPS had it was all over their truck. If they would ship it differently upright and tighter lids we wouldn't have a problem.

Agave without the side effects of sugar, sweetners or honey lets me taste the tea or coffee the way I like it . There is nothing wrong with honey but in small amounts. Taking Agave allows me to be little more generous.
