I tried to put the e-mail exchange I had with the seller here, but Amazon denied it. I rated the seller as requested by Amazon, and their customer service manager sent me an e-mail chastising me for not giving them a stellar review on shipping. They use USPS Priority Mail, which isn't the most reliable. Bottom line, the product is just fine, but the seller has very poor customer service practices. If you can find this product elsewhere, do so.

This item took longer to get than anything I have ordered on Amazon. Seems dumb that a few vacuum bags would take weeks. Bags are fine.

The bags are fine, afterall they are just vacuum cleaner bags. Not really much that can be wrong with them. My problem was with the merchant that shipped them (not Amazon but one of the partner business that sells products through Amazon). It took what seemed like forever to get the bags. It took 13 days to receive them and that's with paying for shipping. Other than that, everthing was fine.

Ordered this item with a bunch of other stuff and decided, since I didn't have any bags left, that I would upgrade the shipping on the entire order (which only cost me $4 more) so I could vacuum before the weekend. Bags came in record time -- the day after the order was placed. No more driving around to see who has the bags I need. No problems with the order or the shipping. Price was great so I bought several packages of them.
