With other surfactancts (read you do not have to use their stuff), increases effectiveness against set stains.

This product is amazing. it has not failed to clean up any mess that I have used it on -- coffee, dog and cat problems, ink spots from a faulty printer, beet juice, all kinds of spilled tomato sauces...its just wonderful.

We simbly will not use the SpotBot without the OXYGEN2 I do not undrstand why this product is not more easly available - especially from the companies who swll the cleaning machines which require it to do the truly fantasic job they advertise?

We just bought the Bissell Spotbot and it came with Oxy Gen2. We had red stains in our carpet that had been there for some time. We put the Oxygen2 in the tank and it worked like magic. I wish I had known to buy this product, because we have run out of the Oxy Gen2 and our untreated red stains are not coming out. We are doing floors today and so now I am going to have to try and find some, I have already looked at a few stores and can't find it. So I would suggest keeping extra on hand.

The product arrived on time and in good condition, but was poorly packed - not sufficient packing material. Consequently, the box was split open on both ends.
