Amazon.com Product Description Always know what time it is. The Sony ICF-C318 Automatic Time Set Clock Radio with Dual Alarm has a 0.9" green LED display that is easily viewable from across the room, but takes up very little space on your nightstand. It hosts a number of features including automatic time set, automatic Daylight Savings Time adjustment, dual alarm, built-in calendar, AM/FM tuner and full power memory back up. The correct EST (Eastern Standard Time) has been preset at the factory, so just plug the clock in and adjust the time zone as necessary. Dual alarms with individual alarm indicators let you set two separate wake-up times with differing wake-up settings. In the case of a power interruption, the built-in Lithium battery maintains the correct time so when the power returns you don't have to re-set the clock.
Product Description Wake up on time with Sony's ICF-C318W AM/FM Radio Clock. Slim, sleek and space saving, the ICFC318W sits perfectly on your night table and makes life easy with a large highly visible 0.9" green LED display, built-in calendar and Automatic Daylight Savings Time Adjustment (ADST). No power, no worry, the radio clock is equipped with a battery back-up and with extendable snooze, you can stay in bed just a little bit longer. Remember to set your radio clock to your favorite station so you can start your day the right way.

Dual Alarm Function Worth It August 31, 2007 G. Anderson (San Jose, Ca) 13 out of 13 found this review helpful
Two alarm feature very easy to program. All functions work great. Battery backup and automatic time updates. I bought a more expensive Sony multi-alarm clock a few months ago and it works OK, but this clock is by far a better and less complicated unit.
Good simple Alarm Clock June 20, 2007 V70Cat (NY) 12 out of 13 found this review helpful
This clock sets the time automatically and the alarm is very easy to use. The radio is nothing special but for $14.00 it makes a great alarm clock
Good for Its Size July 28, 2007 Sue King Marschalk (Bristol, TN United States) 12 out of 12 found this review helpful
This is a good clock radio for its size, and all the features are easy to use. If you are looking for quality sound, this is not the clock radio for you. The only problem we have with it is that the buttons to turn the alarms on are on the top of the radio and easily moved - so easy that our cats often turn on the alarms by walking across the top of the radio!
Barely gets the job done August 14, 2007 Justin T. Scott (Garner, NC USA) 12 out of 13 found this review helpful
Extremely low alarm buzzer, only slightly louder than a wristwatch alarm. The backup battery isn't a standard 9V alkaline battery like most other alarm clocks, instead it's a round lithium watch battery which costs more.
Easy, accurate, but politely quiet December 1, 2007 K. West 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
I bought two of these, (one for my husband and one for my teenage son), since they would automatically reset themselves after a power outage. They both immediately complained that the alarms were not loud enough, (both are VERY heavy sleepers). It does have a very light and polite beep with no volume control. However, the beeps gradually increase in frequency and after week of use, both of them are waking up easily to the sound and without the jarring blasts from our old alarms. So, it may require getting accustomed to for heavy sleepers, but it's great for those of us who don't like to be blasted awake every day.
