Product Description DayClocks - The Day At A Glance! When The Day Is More Important Than The Hour! Changing The Face Of Time! How The Day Clock Was Born: The idea for the ultimate retirement gift was born in the heart of the Black Rock Desert of Nevada in the middle of July. Mark Pierce and John Kallestad had been dirt sailing for several days knowing their wives would be showing up on Friday. The problem was they didn't know what day it was and their wristwatches only gave them the date, which didn't help. After several beers around the campfire the idea for the DayClock was born. A result was a clock, which gave them the only information they required--what day, it is. Our patented design divides the face of a clock into 7 equal pie shaped sections, one for each day of the week. The day hand moves continuously making a complete revolution every 168 hours or once a week. The lines dividing the days indicate midnight. The midpoint above each day indicates noon. Halfway between the midpoint and each line indicates 6:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. Features: Color: Oak Measures: 9.25"In Diameter The Clever Clock For ASlower Pace Is Just What You Need For That Special Someone!

Large Logo in middle of clock! December 24, 2007 S. E. Smith (Washington DC) 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
I am completely thrilled with the idea of this clock - however the picture is VERY misleading. When we received the clock, there was a large "Day Clock" logo right on the "Wednesday/Thursday" line. It completely ruins the look of the clock, and now it seems that we'll hang up a large advertisement right on our wall. This was incredibly disappointing and I feel very mislead by both Amazon and Day Clock company - this logo is not in the pictures online!
Misleading photo January 15, 2008 Paul J. Flaming (Minnesota) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
The picture shows exactly what I wanted for my father-in-law who lives in a nursing home. However, when it came it had the name of the company in big letters across the bottom part. A lot of older people who use something like this are just going to be confused by all the colored lettering showing the name of the company. Sucks!
Awesome conversation piece. Misrepresented design. March 6, 2008 Hollywood Hindu (Los Angeles) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I just recently left my corporate job to pursue filmmaking. As the days blended together, I asked a friend in a similar circumstance if he ever lost track of what day it was. He introduced me to the day clock. I loved the idea so I purchased one. I still talk about it in conversation as a good way to explain the difference between corporate work and entrepreneurship. However, as several people I have mentioned in their reviews, I don't think the design on the website is farily representative of the product we receive. Their is no logo online but there is one (covering 2 days), on what we receive. Why the disparity? I suggest people photoshop the logo out. Day clock let your patrons advertise for you, don't cheapen your product with a ugly designed logo splashed across the product.

This is a great novelty product. My aunt has one and I have admired it so I decided to get me one.
Great Retirement Gift February 9, 2008 Patrizia D'Azzo (Scranton PA) I purchased this clock for my sister and brother-in-law as they both retired this year. They love it and so does my 92 year old mother who lives with them. She has some memory loss and it really helps to keep her oriented during the week. My husband works nights and often does double shifts, he has been known to get up on a Sunday morning to go to the bank. I'm getting him one for his birthday, so I can stop answering the question "What's day is this?"
