I ordered this during the free shipping special. It arrived within a week, it was easy to put together. All of the pieces were there and intact. It's a great asset to my kitchen. It's extra storage, counter space and when I want to roll it into the middle of the kitchen I have an island, I can also roll it into the dining room if I need a buffet during a party. It's very versatle.

The shipping was very speedy but I found two major parts were badly broken when I opened the box to begin the assembly. And I was told that it would take 3 - 7 business days before replacement parts could be shipped to me. I was also overwhelmed by the complexity of the project - it has 36 individual wood pieces plus about 100 pieces of hardware! I decided that between the broken parts, the long shipping time for the replacement parts, and the complexity of assembly that it was not worth it and I returned it.

We recieved this item shortly after we ordered it. Unfortunately two pieces were damaged during shipment and had to contact the company to have replacement pieces sent. They were shipped quickly and without hassle. Assembly went fairly smoothly and we ended up with a pretty decent cart/island with good storage space. It looks good in our kitchen and doesn't look flimsy or cheap. We feel like we got a good deal for the money.

This is a georgeous AND functional piece of furniture! It is well constructed (all the screw holes were in the right place!) and had easy to follow directions (my husband didn't cuss once during this building project!). It is a teriffic addition to my small kitchen and I recommend it heartily. The price can't be beat either especially since I also bought during the time of free shipping! Thanks for a great product that I look forward to having as a part of my cooking life for years to come!

If you live in a studio apartment, you need this kitchen island! It separates the kitchen from the living area, provides a table to eat at, and provides additional storage space which is usually at a premium in a small place. Definitely recommeded!
