After disappointment with the Melitta brand coffee, I did some searching and found a website called podhead.com. They sell ArabicaExpress pods in a variety of styles that work with the One:One. They are excellent quality and highly recommended if you find yourself bored with Melitta's selection.

My rating is not in relation to the product but to a problem with ordering. I ordered 10 packages of Hazelnut pods, and one of regular, without understanding that they would be from different sources and shipped separately. Ordering one package of pods costs as much to ship as the pods cost. When I got the confirmation and realized this, I tried to cancel the order, but was told that it was already being prepared for shipment and couldn't be reversed. Caveat Emptor!

I am a big fan of my Melitta coffee maker. The medium roast "First Sip" pods make a nice breakfast blend coffee. Sometimes has a little bit of an aftertaste, which is actually why the hazlenut is my favorite.

I was so excited when I bought my pod brewer. There is no question that making a cup of coffee is much easier this way. However, I was disappointed with how the Melitta coffees taste. I've tried the medium roast which produced a weak, acidic cup. But then I'm spoiled. I like a deep rich cup of coffee and I really need to find one that tastes like a Starbucks Sumatra or French Roast. The Melitta brand is not the one. If you like average coffee like Folger's or Maxwell House, then you'll probably like these coffees just fine.
