| Editorial Reviews:
Amazon.com Review Luigi Bormioli takes the classic Old World duck-shaped decanter and gives it a sleek, modern look for this gift set. The long angular "neck" cranes out to the side with a crisp, flat-edged rim, while the generous handle allows a good grasp for clean, careful pouring. Plenty of surface area inside the 25-ounce decanter lets fine red wine breathe before drinking. Included in the set are four 15-1/2-ounce contemporary wine glasses in the fashionable new stemless shape, which cradles sensuously in the hand and eliminates worries about stem breakage. Designed in Italy, the dishwasher-safe duck decanter and wine glasses are crafted from machine-blown, lead-free crystal. Without the lead, the crystalline glass eliminates health concerns about leaching and still exhibits an exceptional clarity, thanks to the high-silica, pure quartz sand used in the manufacturing process. Packaged in sturdy, colorfully designed boxes, Bormioli glassware makes gift-giving effortless for a housewarming, wedding, thank-you, graduation, or any other special event. --Ann Bieri

Decanter September 5, 2007 Ronald M. Perez 9 out of 10 found this review helpful
The glass decanter was pretty cheap, when I washed the decanter, the spout chipped, it doesn't seem like the glass will sustain much use; I was little disappointed, I would have liked heavier glass to withstand the many uses.
Worth every penny January 12, 2008 J. Walker My wife and I thoroughly enjoy this glassware, as it's functional and very aesthetically pleasing.
