Prolific designer Lou Henry turns flatware tradition upside down, by widening the handle of each piece at the neck, and narrowing the tip to a rounded point. The wide necks at first feel unusual to hold, but soon make perfect sense for ease of control. Mikko spoon bowls flow beautifully from the broad neck, as do the fork heads with their tines angling inward.
