Product Description The muddler is a great way to crush fresh mint, citrus and ice for Mojitos. A great addition to any bar, it can also be used to crush berries for lemonades or ice teas. The heavy-weight handle makes crushing fast and easy. Ten-inches long, it has a 1-inch round muddling head. Dishwasher safe.

Wish I Had One Sooner! February 1, 2008 Todd J. Madsen (Bay Area, California USA) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
With the Caipirinha being my favorite mixed drink, I have always used a wooden pestle/muddle, and never knew the difference - until now. This pestle/muddle is very comfortable in the hand, and the diameter is large enough that it is easy to grasp and does not slip through the hand when applying pressure to mash the fruit. The length is very nice, at 25cm (about 10 inches). I actually purchased this and another brand as I though this would be somewhat cheap in appearance, but was happy to see it is a quality product - no need to spend the extra money on another one - this is a nice product, and will take care of all your needs. This MIU pestle/muddle is less expensive than the Rosle Fruit Muddle / Caipirinha Pestle', and is different in the following ways: *Smaller diameter *1/4 inch longer in length *The green head which mashes the fruit is flat on the Rosle, whereas the head on the MIU is concave, which means it will not mash quite as easily or well, but will get the job done. I highly recommend both this MIU and the Rosle pestle/muddle. Not only do they function well, but they look very cool when you pull them out to mix up a Caipirinha for you and your friends!
great muddler! January 19, 2008 Mrs. Suzanne M. Cisneros (Helena, AL United States) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is a great muddler. It is extra long for large tins and crushes the ice really easily. Perfect for a professional bartender.
Uncomfortable July 8, 2008 M. Fathauer (Mammoth Lakes, CA United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Nice heft and length. I prefer a flat and non-concave muddling "end" and this one is concave. Biggest complaint is that the top end has non-rounded edges and aggressive muddling results in sore red depressions on the palm.
High quailty for low price March 22, 2008 KendraKat (Wixom, MI) This muddler is as good as you would find in an expensive kitchen supply store. I was surprised at the nice heavy feel to it and its also long enough for pretty much any mojito glass you have. Great product for such a low price!
Big Bad Muddler May 2, 2008 WhizKid21 (NYC) It's a great muddler. At 10 inches, it should be long enough to get into the longest of glasses for a good bruising. No complaints.
