Complementing a full range of dinnerware and serving ware is this set of four mugs, each holding 14 ounces of coffee, tea, cocoa, or cider. Because the handles of the mugs are made separately and then attached, the handles stay cool even after microwave heating. The mugs were not packed well and arrived with one handle broken. Amazon promptly shipped a replacement that arrived with three handles broken. We returned them for a refund.

The mugs arrived in good shape. Even though they were back ordered, they arrived within a few weeks of the other items. I was pleased that you (Amazon) still sent the items with no shipping charge as stated even though they were shipped separately. thanks
