This economical cutlery collection from Kershaw stands out for its striking black-and-white handle design. A white bolster and dot peek out from the black, soft-touch co-polymer handle, which is shaped to fit the hand comfortably and reduce fatigue. Extra-sharp right out of the box, the 9900 blades are made of rigid, high-carbon stainless steel that can be resharpened as needed. The collection includes individual knives, such as the popular seven-inch santoku, as well as block sets. Covered by a limited lifetime warranty, Kershaw 9900 cutlery is dishwasher-safe, although washing and drying good knives by hand is always the best practice.
