This is the first and only spoonrest I use all the time - because unlike the "flat" ones on the counter, it actually accomodates multiple spatulas/spoons/etc thanks to its vertical design, without things accidentally falling off or tipping over as you're working in the kitchen. It's a breeze to clean, since mostly you just clean the little dish because the frame stays clean. And the best thing about it is that it takes much less room for all your utensils because they now have a vertical footprint and aren't laying flat all over your counterspace near the stove, etc, which is in high demand while you're busy cooking!

I really hope the writer of the description for this item will invest in a dictionary and look up the following words: cleaver, clever.

It is really not practical, especially when you are cooking on all four burners of your stove since there is only one small hole to put your spoons in. If you put it on the stove it be careful, because it gets hot by the vent on the oven.
