After wandering through my purchased list I noticed that this handy little thing had no reviews. Being that I did infact purchase it and LOVE it, I figured I would let you know just how much I love it!
Please do not let the fact that only one person has rated this item deter you from buying it. Myself and my friend experienced fast shipping, good packaging and a product that works the way its suppossed to. It has a little light that comes on when the water is ready for cold or hot and I just cannot get enough of it! Its wonderful!

This company is one of the best companies that done business online. I placed my order for the cooler on Friday night and Tuesday morning it was delivered to me!!! It was unbelievable since I bought a 5 gallon bottle to go with the cooler from another seller and it's still not coming yet. Even though I haven't gotten my bottle, I can still pour water in and use it. The inside tank holds about 2 gallon of water. The product is good, very clean and reliable. There are switches in the back to turn on/off heating or cooling functions. The design is very nice and blend well in my room. I bought this cooler based on the other comment I saw on Amazon. I just want to confirm that it's true. Hope this will help other buyers

I felt obligated to add a review since there are only 2 others above me. Only reason I purchased this is because of the others who left a review for me to feel confident with this purchase. First off let me tell you, this item is A+ hands down. It is already factory set for cold and hot, I dont have any kids but there is a child proof mechanisim for the hot water which is really nice. The cold water is just perfect and very refreshing. At $89.00 this is an extremely good deal, I have had this for over a month with no problems.
My place is the hang out spot on the weekends for my friends and in the early summer this thing has already been used a lot with no issues. And I can see I will actually be saving money because I always purchased bottled water, plus Ice... over a year that is maybe 3 times what I will be spending on this item. The only small complaint I had was the hole for you to put the water in is small and you either need someone who can drop it in quickly and safely before water spills... Or have the safety lids that come with most water jugs now days. Im a big guy so I just lean the water cooler a bit and put the 5 gal jug on quickly, with minor spilling. But I can see that being an issue for smaller women or younger children trying to put on.
If you are considering buying this then go for it, well worth the money. On a scale of 1-10 I give this a 9.5, like I said only small issue would be the size of the hole for the water jug to fall in, but thats an easy fix as they have the 3.5 gallon jugs and the water safety lids available. Item arrived quickly and in good condition. However, I do have some issues with the product's design:
It performs well; that is, it heats and cools the water as advertised. However, it is much smaller than I expected (shame on me for not reading the dimensions more closely). I'm an average height (5' 10"), yet I had to bend fully at the waste in order to reach the nozzles. I put the unit on a 12" platform in order to be able to reach the nozzles more comfortably. The nozzle handles are set into the unit, which is good if you want to prevent snagging on clothing in high traffic areas, but is a bit more difficult to use because the handles interfere with the spouts, particularly with larger containers. There is very little room beneath the spouts, as well, so even filling a normal 12-16 oz glass without spilling can be a challenge. It is impossible to change the bottle without spilling. There is an odd five inch probe-like apparatus that extends into the neck of the bottle when installed which you have to get the bottle over, and I haven't successfully done so without losing a pint or so. Messy. Good deal for the money, I suppose, but overall not particularly well engineered.

This cooler was delivered on time but unfortunately is was DOA. I contacted Primo customer service and was confident that the situation would be resolved promptly. They were pleasant enough but it's two weeks later I still have the defective cooler. I have called four times now and still have no definitive answer on repair or replacement. If you purchase this unit and it arrives working hope it never needs repair as I seriously doubt you would get it. What ever happened to accountability and good customer service? No one should have to spend hours trying to resolve a simple problem like this.
