Product Description The Oxo Good Grips cutting board has soft, tapered grips for easy lifting and nonslip edges. Use both sides for cutting and you'll cut down on chances of cross contamination. Dishwasher-safe.
Amazon.com Review Quality kitchen tools can easily turn tedious meal preparation into a fun culinary experience. OXO's Good Grips prep cutting board has all the makings of a top-notch chef's aid. Crafted from thick polypropylene, the surface is durable, nonporous, and odor resistant; it is also impervious to deep scratches and maintains the sharp edges on kitchen knives. A juice groove around the perimeter of one side keeps liquids contained, and soft, black handles at either end make it easy to transport and keep it from slipping on a wet counter. The cutting board is designed to be used on both sides, doubling a cook's work capacity without adding bulk. Measuring 7-1/2 inches by 10-1/2 inches, this handy size handles small to medium jobs. It goes safely into the dishwasher between uses. --Kara Karll

small but thick December 9, 2006 Dwight (USA) 13 out of 13 found this review helpful
I think this is a great cutting board. It is a thick jelly board that is perfect for slicing meat and fish. It is not grainy like my farberware. I am very pleased to own this cutting board. It is small though so this is not good as one's only board. I really like the feel of this cutting board in my hand. I'm using this on a regular basis.

Find this to be an excellent choice; ease of cleaning, holds up to sharp knives, perfect size for a few items to chop at a time and storage is no problem. Now, the next size up will be purchased shortly for those bigger cutting jobs in the fall.

OXO MUST STAND FOR HUGS OOOO AND KISSES XXXX January 18, 2008 Susan L. Fabregas (WILLIAMSTOWN, MA) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
I HAVE TO ADMIT THAT I AM VERY PREJUDICED TOWARD OXO - I WAS GIVEN A NUMBER OF OXO KITCHEN GADGETS ABOUT 8? 10? YEARS AGO BECAUSE I HAVE TERRIBLE ARTHRITIS, CARPAL TUNNEL AND NOW NEUROPATHY IN MY HANDS - I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE PRODUCTS IMMEDIATELY - I'VE HAD TWO BATTERY OPERATED CAN OPENERS OVER THE YEARS BUT FIND I ALWAYS GO FOR MY HAND HELD OXO - EVEN WHEN I'M OPENING UP ENOUGH CANS TO MAKE 12 QUARTS OF SPAGHETTI SAUCE - SO YOU SEE I REALLY AM PREJUDICED TOWARD OXO AND THIS LITTLE CUTTING BOARD IS NO EXCEPTION TO THE RULE - HOWEVER, KEEP IN MIND THAT IT'S SMALL - IT'S GOOD FOR CUTTING A PEPPER OR AN ONION OR A SMALL BLOCK OF CHEESE OR AN APPLE BUT DON'T THINK YOU'RE GOING TO BE ABLE FILET CHICKEN CUTLETS OR CARVE A ROAST ON IT OR EVEN CUT UP A CANTALOUPE ON IT - IT'S VERY SMALL BUT IT'S STURDY, IT GRIPS WELL TO SURFACES AND THE MATERIAL IT'S MADE OUT OF CLEANS UP WELL.
Really pretty good April 16, 2008 Jeremy Krall (Dearborn Heights, MI USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This cutting board was the perfect size for what I wanted. It looks good and stays put due to the rubber ends. The only concern I have is that it seems rather easy to cut into. Even cutting straight down with the knife cuts into the board. If you are going to use this for meat be careful to clean it thoroughly afterwards.
