I purchased several boxes of the espresso cups and also their regular coffee mugs. The ones that arrived intact look and feel great. Unfortunately like many other reviews at least half were chipped, broken or completely crushed. I ended up with one working set and sent the rest back. These are very fragile and packed poorly.
