Simply yet elegantly designed, Varberg flatware features straight lines on the business ends--fork tines, oblong spoon bowls, and knife blade--balanced with rounded tab handles that lift gracefully off the table. Identical in shape and size to Bergen except for Bergen's satin finish, Varberg is a moderated priced pattern that suits a casual, modern lifestyle. Varberg's mirror-polish finish allows a bit more formality for special occasions. This 5-piece place setting includes one of each of the following: 9-3/4-inch dinner knife; 8-1/8-inch dinner fork; 7-inch salad fork; 7-5/8-inch soup spoon; and 6-3/8-inch teaspoon. Varberg, like most Ginkgo patterns, is made of 18/10 stainless steel and is safe for the dishwasher. Prolonged exposure to acidic foods can cause spotting, which a stainless steel polish will remove.
