I was so happy when this item arrived before the holiday seasons, but disappointed that when I turn, the metal made very loud unpleasant noises. I am sure no one would want to hear it while eating. I went ahead and return it. I called Home Decorator and told them about the defect. I am surprised that they tried to get me to keep it in all means. First, with a $35 credit on my next purchase, or exchange it with another one. The shipping I paid make it not very enticing to keep it and what do I do with it? Trash it? Wouldn't another one be the same? But I am glad they finally let me return.

A real reach saver, allows everyone to get the goods without having to pass every little thing from one person to the next. Smooth rotation, all one piece allows easy use and easy cleaning. The size is appropriate, a larger one would have taken up too much space whereas a smaller one is really not practical. Overall, very pleased with my purchase.
